Their is a skill in Madness that lets you use chainlighting instantly if you spec right and if you dont use this you are missing out.

Just saying. There is a talent in Lightning where you can use Lightning Strike to get an Instant Chain Lightning

@Maleakz Its more force efficient, and its more burst damage, less dot rotation to take care of.
