  • upper lower split is not really for body builders. It's good for athletes and most average people. And when you do them you focus on compound and supersets. So actaully your in the gym for a shorter time. I recomend it to begginers, athletes, people who just want to get in shape but NOT to body builders . It does work great but it's not for meetheads j/k lol . Peace

  • So let me get this straight...even though protein synthesis only occurs for about 3 days after training as a natural....you think the optimal way to train is to hit each body part once a week? notsureifsrs

  • If you develop a 4 day split Monday- Upper Body Bench press Bent over rows Shoulder press Pull-ups Tuesday- Lower Body Heavy Squats One Legged Romanian D-lifts Leg press Split legged squats Then take wednesday off. Then repeat this workout on thursday and friday. i guarantee mass gain
