I love this.. I was at that same seminar thinking the same thing.. I actually got sick after all the jumping up and down and hugging strangers.. Enough with the salesman preacher speak.. just speak...
I feel this applies so perfectly to living your life the way you know you need to live it. Your life must be your own and your actions your own before you can ever feel comfortable taking responsibility for them.
I will be buying the book aswell as the audiobook. And I'll be at one of your concerts very soon, Alan! I hope I can meet you there.
I really enjoyed reading the book (not easy to get one in Germany, but thanks to Binea Press I got a signed one). Watching the eight videos was the icing on the cake ;-) ... love it! It brought out the message of the book. Listening to Alan Frew (okay, I'm a GT-fan...) is a poetry.
There's still one question to answer: when can we see you live in Europe again ... speaking and singing ;-) ?
I've only listened to the first part of this eight-part series, but I love it so far. I know many people who are immersed in the kind of group-hug-high-five type of so-called 'positive-thinking' that Alan mentions here, and it gives me the creeps! Who wants to tell all your problems to a complete stranger?? It seems a lot like brainwashing to me, and there's always some cheesy guy up giving the speech and acting like you're either "with him or against him".
I never comment on videos but this is the real deal. I'm honored to call Alan a friend of mine. This book is utterly inspirational. It's a life changer if you're open minded and committed!!
