In this video, Mitch Garcia demonstrates the new Yamaha Pocketrak C24 digital recorder. Featuring great sound quality, a metronome/tuner, and multiple file formats, it's perfect for people wanting a portable recorder for the 21st century.
Isn't it annoying that it only works with mac 1.05 and up. Why? And, it now uses a battery, when the first version's usb (Yamaha Pocketrack 2G) charging worked extremely well. The folders were confusing, and I did think I was setting recording levels when I was changing output levels...but now, I'm a master at it, and don't even need to pre level before recording because now I know what levels to use for different situations. I suppose I'd like to hear the higher resolution, but it's still MP-3
