  • CYBERMEN!!!

  • @JohnRobertPosey This is idiotic! These people have no implants, its only a very, very simple circuit concept adapted to "transdermal electronic neural sitmulation", or TENS. Transdermal, as in 'above the surface of the skin.' It is nearly as simple a design as a flashlight, and only needs 4 parts, excluding batteries. I think its ingenious, but it can only stimulate the sense of balance, making a person lean left or right, not assassinate a senator.

Learn some biology, electronics, etc etc.

     SO YOU WERE SAYING ???

  • @Benrockn247 sounds hot. do u use ur cock?

  • Respond to this video... REMEMBER EUROPEAN; Senor horhay, is no longer in power, just FYI

  • @DanGalaction YOU MEAN FROM THE WORLD BANKS NO DOUBT! ! !

  • I can do that without all that sciency stuff. Works best in the kitchen.

  • I hate how everyone assumes its a brain implant. If anyone knew anything about the subject they would realize simply by the title that it has nothing to do with the brain, but the part of the ear that controls balance. And no surgery is required, so take your conspiracy theories somewhere else.
