I too have stayed here. We were in Ecuador for a month in '06 and visited all parts of the country, including the Galapagos. The staff at Sol de Quito were amazing. I am a personal friend of Santiago, one of the family owners. He asked me to visit his country and his hotel because he wanted me to see how beautiful and special it was. I was blown away! The hotel is first class! So many artifacts... and convenient to everywhere. Visit Ecuador and stay at Sol de Quito. No regrets!
