@Tj1056 Yes what would I know... they only tried to sue my boyfriend for 25k... and went to court for 2 years geeze. Stupid me. I guess it wan't totaled I guess they just drove it away. Silly me! Stupid OP!

@Tj1056 Cases stay open for two years, two years after the incident they can't legally persue it anymore. So it closed. And the video doesn't show the accident, so yea... don't really do any good does it. There are no rules on the dunes and no insurance required on off highway vehicles like the ranger, so the guy didn't get anything.
