Thank you David. You treat our President respectfully. I am neither Democrat nor Republican. Once someone is elected, the bipartisan crap should disappear. We, all taxpayers (and their children), are paying our civil servants to SERVE, not work on self interest. I was there in Fallujah with you and I am humbled that you mentioned me in your book.
