Ajab tujhe sarkar- Marathi movie Jagachya Pathivar

1960 Marathi movie starring Raja Paranjape and Seema is chalie chaplinsque story of a simple man "Sakharam" who lands in a prison and then with a gang of thieves. The gangster has kidnapped a young girl and blinded her. She dances in the streets to make money for the gangster played by Dhumal. The girl is recovered by parents and from blindness, while hapless Sakharam is blinded by the gangster as a revenge. The highlight of the movie was amazing lyrics by G.D. Madgulkar and music by Sudhir Phadke.

1960's film. I had seen it with my perent when I was a boy of 8, in 1960.Ga Di Ma, Babuji, Raja Paranjpe We miss you v v very much. Seema is great. All the movie team is great. What a great mining it has ! what a great melody ! Thousads and thousands years will pass, the songs of this film will remain evergreen.
