On Dec, 30th, comet 8P/Tuttle passed along side M33, just nearly 23 arc-minutes from the galaxy's core.
This is a movie made from 200 frames of 40 seconds each. Frames captured between 2007/12/30 21:20 UT and 2007/12/30 23:56 UT (more than two hours worth of acquisition).
You can spot a satelite on the video, too!
