Workflow:
Subject lit with 2 softboxes.
5D MkII focused on subject, used Magic Lantern False Colour to expose
Used Technicolor Picture style with recommended settings
Recorded at x300 qscale (it stuck at -16 throughout filming)
Converted footage from h.264 to Cineform (sub-chroma upscaled to 4:2:2) using FilmScan1 quality
Imported into Cinefrom First Light where the technicolor LUT was applied
Imported the cineform clips into sony vegas with a 32bit colour space
Edited + custom colour looks were applied.
Exported as VBR (max 70, min 50) as a H.264 .mp4 file using Main Concept
Uploaded to youtube.

@moviemaster6 When using Magic Lantern custom firmware, you can modify the quality scale of the compressor. It can be either set to a variable rate or a constant rate. CBR x300 means that the bit rate will be allowed to reach 300 times the default bit rate of around 45Mbps, in reality it only goes upto about 120Mbps before filing the recording buffer.
