Hello Teacher and all: These days am so confused that should I prepare for TOEFL or ILETS, also am so confused which accent should I take for speaking, American or British?
Please help me and I am from Pakistan.

the difference between the General and Academic tests are considerable and at first glance I would say you would need further preparation.

Actually 'hairs' is incorrect. It should be hair as it is a plural non-countable noun. The rest of what you said has no base in reality.
