These were my first binoculars. I was very inexperiences, I wasn't even interested in binos, and I saw these at Sharper Image, they looked kind of neat, so I bought them. Unfortunately, they can be kind of used only at the smallest magnification of 20x. Once you move the zoom lever, the optics become very misalligned, so you have to close one eye. I returned these very fast, went to B&H, and got real Pentax binoculars 10x50, and 20x60. No more zoom for me.

WRONG, ZOOM BINOCULARS ARE BULLSHIT.why would u change the magnitude of vision.you would want to see images as closer as possible, the best binoculars are russian ones, i have kronos 26x70 is more powerful than those sold as 20x80. russian knows that stuff and optic science thanks to germany

Best binoculars i have ever owned, more powerful than any binoculars on the market. puts my 10x50's to shame.
