I think it's important to realise that diet is not as important as ppl say it us; what is inportant is eating sensibly, when you or hungry or even when u r just being greedy. For example; instead of eating the whole chocolate bar, have one cube a day! Don't cut out anything from your life; just lesten it especially I'd u know you over eat! For dinner. Instead of two of everything, make it one and a half if everything! It helps!!!

i hope this time i really really lose weight! it's the 100th time i'm going on a diet. i don't know, diets just never seem to work on me. :P

Yea it makes complete sense because theres water in EVERY food that you eat and that might be what your body is craving however your mind may be mistaking it for food... so maybe thats why they suggest water when dieting...hmmmm........
