Honestly the 1st time I tried kimchi i hated it and I didn't understand why Koreans eat it so much. It's been sittin in my fridge for over a month. I was gonna throw it out but I tried it again and for some reason i frikkin LOVED IT!! I guess its just one of those things you have to eat a couple times before you like it...
