This interviews only work-in-progress clip of the documentary, Ageless (previously Honoring Aging Women) critiques America's attitudes towards women and aging. It appears America is waging a war on aging women. Each day women receive messages that they are not young enough; not attractive enough; not good enough. In the documentary Honoring Aging Women, explore what it looks and feels like to be an aging woman in America. See revealing personal and expert interviews integrated with thought-provoking images, and inspiring commentary and music. Pictures of anti-aging advertisements and women in the media will be shown to humorously yet accurately depict the country's absurd obsession with youth and beauty. Gain greater insight into these issues through the mosaic of stories, and a view of a growing movement to support women as they age. -And find personal power and self-value in spite of the oppression triggered by widespread sexism and ageism. Project is underway. For more information, go to http://www.BullsEyeCommunications.TV. Director/Producer/Writer Heather Gwaltney.

  • Your comment is a reminder about why this project is so important. Hopefully, it will people like you respect women more.

  • I am 19 and I think that women that are 40+ and work out, take care of themselves, dress well for their own age aso, are so HOT! And I have many male friends that think so as well... they hit on my mum! I admire some aging women like a dog watches a bone, like some of my mentors in work and/or other women that are simply happy and gorgeous just as they are. Anything else isnt attractive AT ANY AGE! Go women, although I dont want to sound too clicheé-like ;)

  • @lilmissvix92 Thanks for checking us out, and for your encouragement!

  • Thank you. I am so bored by this focussing on youth.... Older people are often more interesting and I want to be inspired.... by people of ALL ages

    Youth culture isn't all that

  • @kiribula Indeed - thanks for sharing!
