well, not this downloading part. i think that all the vistas have it automaticaly. just go to your text services and input language settings.

like i said, you have to have windows ME/2000/98/ i think 95. this will not work for dell ppl or vista ppl.

the downloading part, not the whole going to keyboard part. it works for keyboard, but not downloading.

you have to use the Windows XP Home Edition CD for east asian languages.
