Recently I discovered that I had acquired "love handles" by my wife of 20 years. It must have been a gradual acquisition because I sure don't remember waking up with them one morning after a night of not having any.

Anyway I decided I really didn't want these love handles and I desired to lose them, but in as painless a way as possible. After much searching I read many reviews of various ways to lose love handles through diet, exercise, systems, and programs and finally decided to try one of the most recommended and what seemed to be a highly effective program form what I could find to read on them.

This video is the first step I took in loosing my love handles and I have to admit it really did work. I did indeed lose 10 pounds in 3 days and my love handles while they did not disappear after these 3 days they definitely decreased.

It is an easy to follow and short term goal diet, by no means the end all to my conquest of losing my love handles, but a very very good start. Give it a try all you can do is lose 3 days...
...and 10 pounds of fat. :)

  • PLZ READ ALL ;) Heyy I'm going to try this diet and share with you the results ;))) i'm sooooo excited to see results thx so much for this great edvice :) I'm going to do it three times to loose thirty pounds or so I'm going to do three days then have break for one day then do another three days then have a one day break then do it again then yaa so thx sooo much

  • @movies12341 I'm not sure it will work that way. You will lose weight the first time for sure, especially if exorcise even just moderately, but the 2nd and 3rd time you repeat the diet you will lose more weight but maybe not as much. But hey give it a try, it definitely will help..

  • That probably will help me! Even though my brothers and sister say I'm not overweight I still need to lose a good 10 pounds. This video had alot of useful tips! All the other weight loss videos either had just pictures or not that very useful ideas as this one! Thanks for all the wonderful tips!

  • @bearnstainbearslover I ate regular white northern beans you can get them in a bag to cook or already precooked in the can. For the meat I ate broiled skinless chicken - not fried but broiled in an oven.

  • i am going to start this diet but i do not like icecream crazy i know is it okay instead of ice cream for dessert the other half of the banna would it chang anything

  • This sounds a lot like the diet listed by the American Heart Association.

    What doesn't make sense to me though is how high glycemic foods such as ice-cream, crackers, toast etc.. help one to lose weight? Those foods definitely don't work as weight loss aids especially for people who are sensitive to sugars/carbs. They can wreak havoc on blood sugar levels and cause insatiable cravings.

    Although, I have heard a person I know having success on this. I would like to know the science behind it.

  • Ive been usinf protein shakes after my workouts so im wondering if it is okay to drink them before dinner?
