@hockeyfan1003 Yeah right, BAR DOWN BABY! Best way to score, puts an exclamation mark on the goal!

@mshuckett I just said roll because if I say snap for the entire video I know people will ask "what does snap your wrist mean?" Your are rolling your wrists very fast, so I say roll your wrists at the beginning, that way beginners will understand.

This was great. I really want to commend you on how you broke down the snap shot into three parts!

Take a look at my shooting video it's titled "50+ mph slapshot" I just got a speedtracx and now my shots are 65-70 mph which is a great improvement!! If you do end up watching the video i hope you enjoy it!

@howtohockeydotcom Whats the difference between a wrist shot and a snap shot?
MrJackdermody7 6 months ago
@MrJackdermody7 the wrist shot is more powerful and usually taken off the leg furthest from the blade of the stick. The snapshot is more about quick release, barely any set-up and is usually taken from the leg closest to the blade of the stick.

@ovibetterthancrosby yup the roll-up shooting pad. We have a coupon code on our website for $10 off, it's great I use it all the time.

i like to do the snap shot when im close to the net and then i like to shoot it at the blocker side because they have no time to think and it works alot for me thanks for toeaching me the snapshot

@brendanbo186 Awesome tip! I usually go 5 hole when I am close to the net (if it's open) same reason, the goalie doesn't have time to close it. Blocker side is always a good option from in close, especially if blocker side is on your shooting side (the puck can see more of the net than you can that way)
