@konrad3014 I'm not sure what you mean by its diameter, but flash powder isn't very powerful compared to most conventional explosives. Sure, it can destroy appliances and electronics but it is no match against something like a steel plate. That's perfectly fine for what this powder is used for: generating light and sound.
