There are a lot of Slagathors where i live. You can't go five feet in the town centre without a pram blocking your path.

Attention everyone! I have the origin of the name "Slagathor" right here.
In the closing credits of the 1988 Kevin Bacon movie "She's Having a Baby", different people give examples of names they like for children. Among these people are Bill Murray and Dan Akroyd. Dan Akroyd lists increasingly absurd names each time, culminating in "Slagathor, or Slaggy for short."
This also explains Kelso calling her Slaggy later in the episode. I just saw the tail end of that movie on TV.
