There is a difference in IQ between races but this is not anything to do with the genome it is to do with skin color geography and culture meaning that IQ is effected by other attributes than the individuals innate ability. Yes there are differences between white and black peoples average IQ but this is due to social, political, economic, and cultural reasons.
