Pedrock, I don't think I meant to write that the way I did... I guess I forget to "translate" my hypercritical thoughts into more productive criticism...
I can't help but notice that everything seems... low quality, but that what looks to be after-effects (meaning besides the models and textures) in many instances make it look good.
As far as my own movies, they WOULD be an awesome 2 or 3 frames. Being a perfectionist I'd make sure of that, but being a procrastinator I'd never finish.

really good sound design

Not bad - you should make a DVD...
Superb animation. It's pretty obvious you put a lot of sweat into this. I'm hoping this is a part of your resume if you work in the industry.
Lighting is superb.
Sound editing is excellent.
Camerawork/storyboarding needs improvement. Sometimes it shows too much, sometimes too little, and often, it's erratic. A greater impact could be achieved, and a little less effort spent perhaps, with a better storyboard.
Most importantly, is your concept - which is solid. 9/10. Quality work!

It's amazing how much a good 3D Engine makes up for the low quality... everything really. Sure, most of the features of said engine you have to utilize yourself; but, I can't help but notice the amount of lighting, shading, and reflective maps used... semi-decently used, and the ONLY reason why it doesn't look like crap.

Hi Merranvo, just for your information, this was made with a veeery old and crapy 3D program compared with what you have today (this was done in 2000 with 3DStudio, some shots were rendered even earlier). At that time nothing automated existed for the effects you are talking about, and everything had to be done by hand, so thank you for the compliment. By the way, I'll be glad to see your computer animations, they MUST be awesome. Please, post the links here! Cheers.
