Hi guys. I'm Dana Ward in Beverly Hills with the story.

So the two contenders in this one are Kelly Clarkson and Beyonce. It's being said that Clarkson copied Beyonce's 'Halo' in her newly released 'Already Gone' track. Right after it hit the airwaves, listeners started blogging about the eery similarities between the two songs, blaming Clarkson for the tune copy. However, Kelly reportedly asked her record label NOT to release 'Already Gone' as her next single, but it didn't listen and now she's saying none of it is her fault. In fact, she's apparently pointed the finger at the song's co-writer, Ryan Tedder from One Republic, because he also worked with Beyonce on 'Halo'!

So, let's get down to the nitty gritty and hear the two songs, shall we?
