it is a text to speech tool located in control( make sure you are on classic view) panel on Windows XP only. I'm sure there is a way to get it on Vista but I'm not aware of a site to download it.

some people may not have a good internet connection, and it is all based around your internet connection. My windows Me computer took the same time as my vista to download.
