    Most nutritionists weakly connect things together, so that they sound comprehensive and smart. Truth is that Asians can't break down milk products...also Europeans just recently evolved genetically to break down milk...some still can't - they simply don't have the genes to break milk down. It's not about the amount of acid that's in your stomach to break down lactose... I wish nutritionists didn't connect A -> Z, sadly, most do.

    great video Josh. I was wondering, what ratio of macronutrients do you find best fits most people, I realize its slightly different for everyone but what is a good starting point? 33/33/33?
