That was terrible, all you need to make sushi is a maki mat and a pair of hands not, If you eat rice regularly invest £ 15- 50 on a rice-cooker and £4 on a maki mat and watch a video on youtube on how to make Sushi, Maki are not that hard to make, Nigiri and fish cutting are the harder to master. Style over substance, no sushi chef would use a microwave to cook rice. That mould limits you to only make a horomaki, do you need another one to make futomaki and uramaki all can be done with a £4 mat.
