I make this at home, I just do it a little different, I add peppers. I first cook the bacon, the

grease from the bacon I use to fry the potatoes. I cook the onion with the potatos along

with peppers. when the potatoes are soft I add the egg mixture I then let it cook a little longer. I add the cheese and stick it under the broiler until the cheese has melted and slightly browned. Im allways concered about to much greese. The Frattata you made does look great.
