I had a great time! The children's class was at my cousins church and the women's class was at a friends church. All told I think I made 46 cups of cake batter and 40 cups of buttercream. For my templates I taped a piece of white paper to the back of a cookie sheet, taped wax paper on top of that, and piped some simple decorations. I then took a picture of it, printed it out regular size, and laminated it on to some cake boards. These worked great, the students each had their own practice board and when it was filled up we just swiped off the frosting with a spatula!
