This is Valletta Fanfares by Vitalic played by Sandgate District State High School Percussion Ensemble in Brisbane, Australia. According to Vitalic web management, we're the only people to have played this piece with real instruments. They asked if we had a recording, and well... here it is. A few issues on the night with equipment, etc. but we got through in the end.

Credits (Left to Right):
Snare 2: Jess Yates, Anthony Tripp
Hihat: Polly Creevey, Lucy Miller
Bass Drum: Aaron Ryan, Glenn Donaldson
Snare 1: Zoe Mathers, Ben Collins

Composed by Pascal Arbez-Nichols (Vitalic)
Transcribed by Ben Collins
Directed by Dan Simpson

Hope you enjoy it.

  • for this fanfare to be good it has to be performed by a Maltese band! this is from where vitalic got inspired for this song!!

  • Haha yeah, that'd be awesome. I hope a professional ensemble picks it up at some point.

  • wow, that was god awful. sounded nothing like the version i heard. seriously, that was bad. too slow, too out of sync.

  • Feel free to try it for yourself, since I'm sure you could do it so much better.

  • Also, the original was all synthesised. You do know that, right? Of course it's not going to sound the same.

  • Not bad, pacing is a bit out though eh.

  • Yeah it's not perfect, we did our best though.
