you don't understand mr feingold - these people will break into a home for political reasons (elected labor official in my case) and look for anything they can make an accusation from - share it with as many people as they care to

In Obama's defense, with regard to the FISA legislation, he supported a re-write which made it so that now a warrant is required and he also took the authority away from the office of the President.
It's a bold move to take power away from the office that you are likely to hold in a few months... Most politicians (like McCain) would not limit the power of their own office.

It would be interesting to see how the public would respond if Feingold were to run for pres. I don't know too many people who still think the patirot act was a good idea.
Obama gets major props for the "I was against the war before it happened" line
