Let's see if you drop me in the middle of Asia I be find because you can hardly encounter a Tiger. If you drop me in Siberia with full coat on I'll be find because Tigers have 200k sq. miles to roam on and the chance of encountering them is minimum.Plus besides the Tigers there no other animals in Asia that can kill me except for Hippos and Crocs

But if you drop me in the middle of Africa, you better load me up with guns. Lion territory is far more vicious and that's why Lions are vicious

@KarmakarSouvik Hippos has a Hippo problem. Africa has those animals too except they are bigger and/or more aggressive. Plus hyenas, cheetahs, leopards, gorillas, chimps, and don't forget blood sucking stomaxin flies so on.

Point is if you get left out in the middle of Africa and it gets dark, you're pretty much toast.

@KarmakarSouvik i didnt say that the lion bring food for the entire pride!so what they kill cubs? all im saying is lion is a fighter and a tiger is just a hunter. All animals can kill cubs not only lions even tiger do have the due experience of killing a bear cubs .

Lion vs Tiger is like Man vs Man it's all about who's hardest, biggest and most battle hardened.

There are other aspects like ferociousness and cunning but between the lion and the tiger which are fairly equal in these regards it's gonna come down to the individual not the species besides both of these animals have what it takes to win against the odds anyway so it doesn't matter who the odds are in favour of.

A solitary hunter like tiger seldom fights but hunts while lion fights for his territory and scavenges from hyenas and lionesses.That's why tigers often avoid fight that may injure them,even they may retreat like cowards;but the lion won't run away because its motto is to fight and kill.You ask an army man to fight against you he'll avoid it ask the same to a pugilist he'll accept.but if the army-man is compelled to fight for his life then the pugilist is history. Same theory is applicable here.
