  • Love it! Never thought to do this. I'm going to try it with black nail polish. :)

  • @gimmeapaw Oh, that's a cool idea!

  • Okay --if you go to your local drug store and buy the French manicure kit --it comes with moon shaped "stickers" and you can use those --perfect for this nail - and they peel off super easy. You''ll love them!

  • @ginneybilbray Yeah, I know and I don't care :p I want to use something I don't have to go out and buy, cause I'm cheap, - but something I just have laying around. Thanks for the tip though ;)

  • You could also use a bandaid for french tip AND half moon nails that's what I use:)

  • @MarilynBow123 Yes, you can probably use whatever.. Whatever you have :)

  • I love your videos. Could you start putting the names of the songs you use in the description. :)

  • I love moon manicure!

  • Thanks for the tip. I always wondered how I could achieve that look on my own.

  • I have used a similar technique for years to do French tips. I find its easier to use masking tape because it creates a tighter seal on the nail. I appreciate the video! I never thought to use this trend on my own nails until I saw yours :) Thanks.

  • if you use those little notebook paper hole stickers and cut them in half it's mega easy

  • I had no idea they did their nails like that. Thanx :)

  • this is awesome,,I am doing this as I watch,,,:-) Thanks for the awesome tip

  • Great idea! I've used french manicure stickers to achieve this, but sometimes they don't stick well enough and leave my moons in a mess! Something else that works is drawing the guide for the moon on with one of those nail design pens, then painting the rest of the nail with a polish that matches the pen.

@gimmeapaw I've done this look in black with grey moons and got a lot of compliments!
