What this QRM ? BPL ? CPL ???

Hi Guys, now the QRM is closed.

the noise came from work in a house beside at home, I prefer that BPL or CPL

Oooo....nice. I had something similar happen to me, so I just went around the house and turned everything off, one by one, until I found the culprit...our air purifier. Sounds pretty local, so you might just have that in your house....hope you can find it. 73, de W4PTS

I've got the same pulsing qrm too for the moment,it started yesterday.

Have you found the cause allready??

I checked my neighbourhood and came to a farm where the qrm was hardest!! I also think it's an electrical fence too. 73's

If it was just the spaced 'pops' (more clear on 160m), I would say it's an electric fence. Wouldn't the noise blanker be effective with this 'motor boat'?

By the way...the problem I had showed up pretty much in the higher bands...didn't show up much on 40 and lower...but like yours seems to be, 17m was about the worst.

Yeah - it sounds very rhythmical so could be something sparking - like an automatic heating system (i know mine throws chaos on 80 metres) or a slow-speed computer processor/actuator (hard drives can be very noisy)
