Ppl to all of those that are all afraid that the Mexican Military is agressive and Hostile to USA, or those of you that ask why the Border Patrol did not shoot at the convoy...Well here is why...The Treaty Of Guadalupe which is law FORBIDS IT...Article 21 of the treaty states that Both Govt should Seek to solve our difference through Diplomacy first and to Make all efforts to avoid war...So there is why. And if some one wants to tell me this is BS do the research and tell Me ur ideas
