Last of the Jedi Preview: Film Intro

Yes, the film is still alive. I I haven't uploaded in a while, so I figured I should, now that I'm back to work. My voice actor, whom many of you may know as Kaydon Sentry, just gave me a whole batch of lines for Peragus, so I'm back to work. Here he is, in all his glory, for the first time ever, the Exile - voiced!

This is from the very beginning of the film. Those of you who've played the game will no doubt notice I'm doing things very differently. In this clip, the Exile recalls his experiences in the war and his trial after, during his trip on the Harbinger. This is also really the first time you get to see some of the more advanced techniques I've picked up... and one reason I'm taking so long with this project.

I know a lot of you wanted to see something from Telos, but as I said I've only just gotten the lines for Peragus, so there's nothing interesting on Telos for me to release. I'll try to do one clip from Telos before the trailer. But for the most part I'm going to focus more on the scripting and editing from now on. That's all for now. Enjoy!

How do you make his mouth move? Is it some kind of file trick in the game that you have to do?

@TheSillyJimmy It's done with a script called MakePHN that generates the lip movements from the audio and text of the line, but other tools are required to get it into the game.

@starwarslover576 Everything you see is scripted from scratch, though I do release some of my tools from time to time. I haven't updated them in a while, however, so the links have likely expired.

Amazing - this will surely go down in my book as the official sequel trilogy to Kaydons films; that is if he decides not to do KOTOR II.  :)

At 1:43 is the door behind the exile going to be fixed in the final film? I mean mod it so it looks like it isn't broken?

This is great - I would've chosen a different face, but I alway choose the clean shaven ones ;)

I see you're going for the type of person who is very "lightside" as opposed to the "redeeming villain"
