This short is about an Omega Psi Epsilon Frat guy named George Carlson that joined the fraternity in 1998. He is currently 30 years old and homeless. He lives out of his car and is always looking for a party. Nobody knows who George really is or why he is always hanging out with his boy Jamal Z. who never says a word and always appears out of nowhere. George is known by everyone on campus as "The Homeless Frat-Boy". He finally has a falling out with his other half Jamal when he does some disturbing behavior. This makes George want to change his ways and causes him to admit he has a problem. We all know "THIS GUY" he appears at most Frat parties, and is way too old for his surroundings, but in this short his appearance and behavior are very exaggerated, here's to you "Homeless Frat-Boy".
