ITEM SWAPPING: as you can tell, in the video you can only see the last four digits of the ID. To items swap, the first four digits must match. Examples of swappable items:
Butterfly Wing 0007 27E0 & Scimitar 0007 A91A
Daedric Dagger 0001 39B6 & Steel Dagger 0001 3986
Petty Soul Gem(Petty) 0002 E4E3 & Grand Soul Gem(Grand) 0002 E4FF

It has come to my attention that some may not be very good at hex modding, as a result, I am offering gamesave modding services. As of now, I will only mod 360 gamesaves (or PC if you really want me to). I will be charging $1 per mod, i.e. millions of gold, item swaps, millions of lockpicks, or millions of other items that you want. Message me for details.

Piss off seriously, I took the effort to make this modding tutorial and you're complaining that I didn't post a link to find something that is all over the internet. @BerserkuhGFX As of now, no. I know this is VERY possible through hex editing and one day I may be bored enough to find it. I also have amateur programming skills, one day I may be bored enough to program one.

@pbacon95 The best method for this is to export your gamesave to the pc and use the console command player.setav health 999999999 etc...

Be sure both xbox and pc are on the same update

To export:

Extract savegame.dat

Rename to savegame.ess

Put it in Document->My Games->Skyrim->Saves

If you want the pc version for free, search for it at piratebay.se

Be sure if you need to update it, you get a cracked update as well.
