  • @KiLLeGaCy Lol, you are high! Fords are reliable as well and GM cars, I will give you that. Try building up a Ford OHC engine cheaper than you can a GM engine, good luck with that. And any car can be fast. You are clearly a fanboy, I am a fan of anything fast. But I prefer the rumble of American Muscle.

  • @MidSouthMorphs Personally i wouldn't do it but they have shown that the new 5.0's are putting down very respectable numbers with a very small amount of boost. You can make power 4 ways. N/A with compression, high boost and low compression, high compression and low boost, or nitrous oxide. I would say normally your right but i wouldn't be scared to do 8 lbs of boost to a stock 5.0 just make sure you have a good tune lol. 454 is awesome!!! :)

  • @thunderup86 You got that a little backwards. GM has been winning the non-blown for a while now. Ford has had a toe-hold on the blown stuff since 03. I like running N/A though, just my style but I do love the whine of a Kenne Bell.

  • @tufmandan Putting a blower on the new 5.0 is a mistake unless you swap out the pistons. The compression is too high, now nitrous is a different story. I'll stick with my 454 though.
