i tried accupunture for the first time for my debilitating headaches that i still get two years after craniotomy and omg it did for me wayyy more than what i expected. though the pain is starting to come back after a week. im just worried that like many other things ive tried, i really really hope that the effects of accupuncture also dont wear out for me... but if ur dealing with headaches it a must try!!

I go to a fantastic acupuncturist who does "community acupuncture" which means there are between 2 and 6 of us in the room at the same time- we all sit in cozy recliners. We have blankets and pillows. Some call it "adult nap time". It is a wonderful relaxing time I look forward to, in and of itself. Since she can see several clients at once, it keeps the cost down. Hers is $20 to $40 sliding scale. Very affordable. I saw results quite quickly. my hubby went, too. His headaches are gone!
