Here's a teaser video of my latest multi-rifle project. From what's shown in the video I'm sure a bunch of you will be able to figure out what the second rifle will be that will be joining the gussied up Romanan AES-10B heavy barrel RPK in the Transit Chest. Make the right guess, win a prize!

  • The CD V-700 is a Geiger counter employing a probe equipped with a Geiger–Müller tube manufactured by several companies under contract to US federal civil defense agencies in the 1950s and 1960s. This unit is quite sensitive and can be used to measure low levels of Gamma radiation and detect Beta radiation. In cases of high-radiation fields, the geiger tube can saturate, causing the meter to read a very low level of radiation (close to 0 R/h)

  • @dutchsinse posted on wrong video? Yes, the CDV-700 is a \Geiger Counter, as I state in my video. The point of the video was to demonstrate that the other unit you are using, the CDV-715, if you saw needle movement, woudl show between 1000 and 2000 times the radiation level of the CDV. Did you even try to listen to what I was explaining.

  • I don't like WASRs, they don't have mag well dimples.

  • @TheSouthernGentleman this is not a WASR, and no true (bulged front trunnion) RPK receiver has mag well dimples! If you see an RPK with mag well dimples, it's not an RPK... This rifle has a factory cut (read not hacked out by Century) mag well so is nice and tight.

  • @TacticalGunGuy Forgive me sir, priding myself in my knowledge of Eastern-Block firearms I am extremely embarrassed by my ignorance.

  • @TheSouthernGentleman no problem, couldn't let that one rest though (smiley) :)

  • @doomcannon445 The RPD you mean? I'll have about $1800 or so into it by the time it's done. Not cheap, but should be fun. It's being built by Project GHuns LLC in FL.

  • @TacticalGunGuy I'm just a little jealous now. How much is your RPK going to run you? I assume your building it?

  • @doomcannon445 bingo!
