I can understand EVERY word this man is saying... Maybe all of you complaining that you can't understand need to listen more closely or get a better sound system. Also for people who say he comes of as against women or gay rights... do your homework. I guess you never saw the episodes where he clearly states that he is a supporter of both feminism and gay-rights. he may have seemed prejudiced but it is clear that he was trying not to alienate people who do feel that way so he could convert them

I appreciate the fact that he's talking about something that is still a big problem today. An ex-convict has served his/her time. When he gets out, he shouldn't have to continue serving that sentence by not being able to get a job, or vote. Why would a credit card company give an ex-felon a credit card, but that same company won't give an ex-felon, or even someone with bad credit, a job. Like he said, "Hustlin' Backwards". I agree.
