Navy T-34 Training Plane Contribute to Noise Torture. No help from the FAA, President Obama, Senators Jeff Sessions and Richard Shelby or Congressman Jo Bonner. This is a public Municipal Airport which has in effect been taken over by the Navy Training Branch out of Whiting Field in Milton, FL. The last time i was in Milton, FL. there were new subdivisions surrounding the field and i saw only 1 helicopter flying. All the trainers are sent over to Baldwin County, AL. and the air traffic harassment is only going to get worse. The Navy has plans for Expanding the airfields in Baldwin County to accommodate their new trainer the T-7 which has to have longer runways because it is unable to stop on anything less than 6000 ft. The plane has a weak braking system and cannot reverse its engine in order to stop. This plane is already in the air over Baldwin and flys faster and makes a lot more noise than the T-34 which is bad enough.
