Hein ? Do you make the reeds by yourself ? I don't know what to say. It's a huge work !

Nice 'inside' travel. It's so pleasant to see a brand new harmonium, with brand new notes and ... God, it's just as the past could come back, you know ?
plz. let me know the companies manufacturing old reeds.

Superb playing and superb restoration. The harmonium is quite rare in the USA; most "reed organs" work on the suction principle; harmoniums are under pressure, and project a stronger and richer tone. I've two primitive American harmoniums, lap-sized, dated 1846 and 1848, by the maker, Abraham Prescott. They are not of the tone quality of your instrument, which is relatively magnificent! Bravo! Wonderful playing too!

This is a new instrument...2 years later and it is still under construction! Ive had a few of the NH made Prescott instruments. They definitely are *very* slow to speak, but early in the history of North American free reeds.
