At the hospice, father and son confront the past as they come face to face for the first time in 16 years. Will Grant forgive his father for abandoning their family? Reconciliation is the most authentically Christian movie I've ever seen. It is a true display of Christ's love for others. It goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this film.

This movie is by far, far superior than "Fireproof" and "Courageous". It protrays 'forgiveness', 'regret' and 'repentence' . It tugs at your heart and emotions. It challenges you...leaves you emotionally drained and finally, reconciled. While compassionately dealing with the issue of homosexuality in an honest approach. In the end, what Christ did for us cannot be denied nor negated by what we feel. Jesus loves sinners and for those who accept Him, regardless of their sin - He will receive.
