This exercise will increase shoulder strength and function as well as helping to improve posture and, in turn, improve running gait.

  • Its an amazing exercise for core stability as well as targetting the traps, rhomboids, posterior deltoid and biceps. The motion is also capable of having enough weight to achieve failure at around 40 to 70 seconds per set which is perfect for gaining hypertrophy (size).
