  • I wouldn't even bother dealing with them on the phone. Get all correspondence from them in writing since you can't record the phone calls and they can.

You know you don't have to pay your credit card debt because it's not a debt, challenge them on this and you will win!

  • Ok, I LOL'D.

  • FUNNY!!!!!!

  • creditors would whoop us if they could ouch

  • I am going thru a deal with owing right now for a cell phone. All of the charges are due b/c of early termination. Yes I agreed to that liability but get real. I'm not gonna feel bad for owing some dumbass outrageous fees equal to as ruthless as they are to collect them. being low income, my credit good or bad does not bother me anymore either. nor docking any pay for the debt as they will only get what I can truly afford that they won't hear of right now.

  • Creditors need to realize the possibility of non-payment. Simple aspect is, if you can't afford to be paid back, then don't loan the money. Extenuating circumstances do come into effect and cannot be helped. However, if you might not ever be able to make good on the debt, don't ever borrow. Shame to both as owing can be considered stealing; but agreed they are ruthless. >(

  • Rent the movie maxed out and you will change you mind.

  • Health care is a necessity. Credit is not.

if you get sick you need a hospital. You do NOT need 99.5% of what is available at WalMart.

THAT is the difference. Need/necessity and want/greed/irresponsibility.

  • you can't have it both ways is all I'm saying both are controlled by corprate instrests. If regulation is nessary to kept hosptils and hmo from seizing you property when you can't pay your medical bills, it should be the same for bank who prophit on peoples stupidity,

  • sorry... spelling error... I mean "buy" not "by". Apologies.
