Did you know:
You have more bacteria in your mouth, then there are people on the entire planet! ... Over 6 BILLION.
That 4 out of 5 people over 35 have problems with gum disease?
When you kiss someone with gum disease they pass their harmful bacteria on to you?
When you bite off food for a child you pass your harmful bacteria on to your child?
Research has established associations between oral bacteria and systemic diseases including:
Type 2 Diabetes,
Heart Disease,
Respiratory Disease,
Blood Clots and Strokes,
Preterm and Low Birth Weight Babies,
Alzheimers Disease
The theories linking oral bacteria to other diseases explain that the mouth may be a portal for bacteria to spread to the rest of your body.
Gum disease is an inflammation of the gums that can progress to affect the bone that surrounds and supports your teeth. It is caused by the bacteria in plaque, a sticky, colorless film that constantly forms on your teeth
If you have been diagnosed with gum disease for example, pathogenic bacteria are likely forming colonies that cause localized inflammation and damage in your gum tissue.
Those bacteria may enter the blood stream through small ulcers in your gum tissue.

Our office is certified as a PerioProtect Solution provider.
The Perio Tray is a medical device cleared by the FDA and intended to be used to place solutions of the clinician's choice into gingival crevices or periodontal pockets, the spaces that can develop between the teeth and gums.
The choice of the solution, the frequency of use, and the time the tray is to be in place are a part of the practice of dentistry, and are to be determined by the clinician. When the Perio Tray is used with the patented Perio Protect Method, dentists who prescribe the Perio Tray will determine the best medications and usage instructions on a patient-by-patient.
Gum Disease can be reversed and eliminated AND bone can even grow back.
The entire process takes 2 weeks.

What are the Stages of Gum Disease?
Gum disease is an inflammation of the gums that can progress to affect the bone that surrounds and supports your teeth. It is caused by the bacteria in plaque, a sticky, colorless film that constantly forms on your teeth.
If not removed through daily brushing and flossing, plaque can build up and the bacteria infect not only your gums and teeth, but eventually the gum tissue and bone that support the teeth. This can cause them to become loose, fall out or have to be removed by a dentist.
There are three stages of gum disease:
Gingivitis: this is the earliest stage of gum disease, an inflammation of the gums caused by plaque buildup at the gumline. If daily brushing and flossing do not remove the plaque, it produces toxins (poisons) that can irritate the gum tissue, causing gingivitis.
You may notice some bleeding during brushing and flossing. At this early stage in gum disease, damage can be reversed, since the bone and connective tissue that hold the teeth in place are not yet affected.
Periodontitis: at this stage, the supporting bone and fibers that hold your teeth in place are irreversibly damaged. Your gums may begin to form a pocket below the gumline, which traps food and plaque. Proper dental treatment and improved home care can usually help prevent further damage.
Advanced Periodontitis: in this final stage of gum disease, the fibers and bone supporting your teeth are destroyed, which can cause your teeth to shift or loosen. This can affect your bite and, if aggressive treatment can't save them, teeth may need to be removed.

Unfortunatelly this product is just another "great Idea" only for the ones that profit out of it. People that have no education about the subject are surely to buy it and try it out. Soon enough they will realise that if you stop using it their gum problems will reapear. The only way to cure gengivitis is by removing what causes it. And what is that? Bacteria in the sulcus. How do you clean bacteria in the sulcus? Plain and simple dental floss.Good luck to all. Don't beleave in the video above

Ever thought people with bad teeth get heart problems because of the foods and drinks they keep comsuming, which have a bad effect on their teeth? Someone who gorges on sugar is highly likely to become obese and develop diabetes & heart disease.

@MrJim12341121 I agree "buyer beware", & they are FREQUENTLY dishonest about diagnosis. I went to a new dentist a few years back for an exam, & made a mistake telling them it was 5 years since I last went.
After the exam the dentist & his assistant who were both VERY nice (they excel at being nice because "nice sells"), told me I had 12 cavities. It seemed odd since I was 41 & had 2 cavities my entire life! Waited to get dental insurance & went to another dentist, I had ZERO cavities!

If this dentist has failed to respond to the charge that she has said something that isn't true I would conclude that she is dishonest and/or incompetent.
