Discussing soy and uterine fibroids. Soy did not cause me to get uterine fibroids tumors. The cause of fibroid tumors is really unknown, but the cause is an imbalance of hormones. There are so many other factors that play into one having fibroid tumors.

Always do your research and do what you feel works best for you.

  • Your hair looks fantastic, neat, thick and curly throughout. Your regimen seems to be working! And thanks for sharing your journey with the tumors. I especially enjoy you talking about experiences you've had. . . . "born with cramps" LOL!

  • @1000mishi Thank you! I'm so glad I don't have cramps anymore. :) Take care!

  • every one say soy is bad based on Dr. Sebi. the truth is that soy is not a plant that men would want based on the high content of estrogen. which is why as a baby you would not want to eat this as a male you would be feminine as a female you get over developed. not to say its bad just it should be used wisely good video.

  • @SuperCleaton I totally agree with you! There are studies that show this too to be true. It must be used wisely. Take care!

  • @sexyellex Thanks, Elle! There are many who are allergic to soy..I didn't know you were sensitive to it. Thanks for sharing! I haven't noticed any issues, then again, I don't eat a lot of it...just enough to have variety. Take care!
