When I first played this I got a fright when Alyx died its just a real shame but im sure everybody watching this think the combine took this to far seriously hunters and advisiors or something man cant the combine just die already:(

..im and the sky's turned black, while the action on screen slows down. Gordon wakes up and sees the antlion. He grabs the gravity gun and pulls Alyx's pistol toward him and shoots it dead. He then crawls out and performs (attempts) CPR.

If this were in an episode 2 movie, it would slow down just after she was impaled and in the background you should hear "the sun's gone dim and the sky's turned black" while you see gordon trying to revive her with no success.
